    Sumatriptan drug interactions

    Sumatriptan has been known to interact with Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors and alcohol. Other drugs may also interact with this medication.     I have taking Sumatriptan injection (6 mg/.05 mg) for many years. However, my health plan (AARP-United Health Care) is basically prohibiting me from getting this much needed medication.
