Procaine Hydrochloride:
Indication: Used as a local anesthetic primarily in oral surgery
Otodolor (Procaine Hydrochloride) is an anesthetic agent indicated for production of local or regional anesthesia, particularly for oral surgery. Otodolor (Procaine Hydrochloride) (like cocaine) has the advantage of constricting blood vessels which reduces bleeding, unlike other local anesthetics like lidocaine. Otodolor (Procaine Hydrochloride) is an ester anesthetic. It is metabolized in the plasma by the enzyme pseudocholinesterase through hydrolysis into para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA), which is then excreted by the kidneys into the urine.
Depending on the reaction of the Otodolor after taken, if you are feeling dizziness, drowsiness or any weakness as a reaction on your body, Then consider Otodolor not safe to drive or operate heavy machine after consumption. Meaning that, do not drive or operate heavy duty machines after taking the capsule if the capsule has a strange reaction on your body like dizziness, drowsiness. As prescribed by a pharmacist, it is dangerous to take alcohol while taking medicines as it exposed patients to drowsiness and health risk.
