Furosemide is a loop diuretic. This medication violates the reabsorption of sodium and chlorine in the large segment of the ascending loop of Henle. Vd is 0.1 L / kg. Binding to plasma proteins (mainly albumin) is 95-99%. Furosemide metabolized in the liver. Excreted by the kidneys is 88% with bile - 12%.
