Synovex Choice (Estradiol Benzoate) is a female sex hormone that regulates many functions in the female organism. This medicine is currently available under the form of tablets in two concentrations - 1 mg and 2 mg, respectively.

Synovex Choice indications

Synovex Choice (Estradiol Benzoate) is used for the treatment of menopausal symptoms such as vaginal dryness, irritation or burning, or hot flushes - other symptoms that are not listed here may be treated with this medicine as well. Also, this pharmaceutical preparation can be used as a prophylactic agent for the prevention of a medical condition known as osteoporosis in both female and male patients. In some cases, this medicine may also be employed in conjunction with other drugs as part of the treatment for certain types of cancer, both in the case of women and men.

Before you start a therapy course with this drug, it is strongly advised to inform your personal physician of any health problems you may be suffering from. In particular, affections such as hypertension, heart disease, angina, high triglyceride / cholesterol levels, renal or hepatic disease, asthma, migraines, epilepsy (or any other disorder involving seizures), diabetes or gallbladder disease should be mentioned, as well as past surgical procedures such as a hysterectomy. Although uncommon, allergic reactions to Synovex Choice (Estradiol Benzoate) are possible. Synovex Choice drug reactions

Synovex Choice (Estradiol Benzoate) may interact with Phenobarbital, Phenytoin, Ritonavir, Cimetidine, Carbamazepine, Rifampin, blood thinning agents such as Warfarin or with antibiotics (Clarithromycin, Erythromycin, Ketoconazole or Itraconazole). Also, this product may interact with the herbal remedy St. John's wort. These are not all the possible drug reactions; it is best that you tell your prescriber about any other drugs you are currently taking prior to starting your treatment. In most cases, an adjustment to the medication dosage will ensure the safety of the treatment, reducing the risk of accidental interactions.

Synovex Choice (Trenbolone Acetate) Grass (trenbolone and estradiol extended release implant) is a growth promoting implant containing 150 mg of Synovex Choice (Trenbolone Acetate) acetate and 21 mg of estradiol benzoate with a porous polymer film coating that extends the pay-out period of the final formulation up to 200 days. Each implant consists of 6 pellets. Ten implants are provided in each cartridge.

INDICATIONS FOR USE: For increased rate of weight gain for up to 200 days in pasture steers and heifers (slaughter, stocker and feeder).

Do not use in veal calves. Effectiveness and animal safety in veal calves have not been established.

Not for use in dairy or beef replacement heifers.

DOSAGE: One implant (6 pellets), containing 150 mg Synovex Choice (Trenbolone Acetate) acetate and 21 mg of estradiol benzoate, is administered to each steer or heifer by subcutaneous implantation in the middle one-third of the ear.

The ten-dose cartridge of Synovex Choice (Trenbolone Acetate) Grass is designed to be used exclusively with a Synovex SX10 Gun.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD: No withdrawal period is required when used according to labeling.

A withdrawal period has not been established for this product in pre-ruminating calves. Do not use in calves to be processed for veal.

Implant pellets in ear only. Any other location is a violation of Federal law. Do not attempt salvage of implanted site for human or animal food.

NOT FOR USE IN HUMANS.

ANIMAL SAFETY WARNING: Bulling, vaginal and rectal prolapse, udder development, ventral edema and elevated tailheads have occasionally been reported in heifers administered Synovex Choice (Trenbolone Acetate) Grass implants.

DIRECTIONS: Implant complete contents of one cartridge cell per steer or heifer. Approved implantation technique is fully described in the fold-out carton section.

NOTE: Never sacrifice careful, clean technique for speed of implantation.

STORAGE: Store unopened product at controlled room temperature 20°-25°C (68°-77°F) with excursions between 15°-30°C (59°-86°F). Avoid excessive heat and humidity. Use product before the expiration date on the label.

Once the pouch is opened, unused product may be stored in the end-folded pouch (away from light) for up to six months under refrigerated conditions 2°-8°C (36°-47°F) or at room temperature 20°-25°C (68°-77°F) with excursions between 15°-30°C (59°-86°F) for up to one month.

DISPOSAL: Synovex Choice (Trenbolone Acetate) Grass waste materials should be disposed of according to prescribed Federal, State, and Local guidelines.
